Cancellation Policy

Lady Lester Photography Policies: Thank you for choosing Lady Lester Photography for your photography needs. To ensure a smooth and transparent process, please review the following policies: Deposit Policy: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. For events, clients must cancel at least 48 hours before the scheduled event to be eligible for a deposit refund. Headshots or branding photoshoots require a cancellation notice of at least 12 hours in advance for a deposit refund. The deposit amount is set at 20% of the total cost of the booked service. Cancellation Policy: Clients are encouraged to provide timely cancellation notices to allow for schedule adjustments. Failure to cancel within the specified timeframes will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. Rescheduling: Clients may request to reschedule a session without penalty if done within a reasonable timeframe, subject to availability. Travel Fees: For on-location shoots outside a designated radius, travel fees may apply. Travel fees will be communicated and agreed upon before the booking is confirmed. Payment Terms: The remaining balance of the total service cost is due on the day of the event or photoshoot. Payments can be made in cash, check, or through electronic means as agreed upon during the booking process. Client Cooperation: Clients are expected to cooperate during the photoshoot to ensure the best possible results. Any delays caused by the client may impact the overall session time. Delivery Timeframe: The edited photos will be delivered within the agreed-upon timeframe. Rush delivery may be available for an additional fee. Editing and Retouching: Basic editing and retouching are included in the service. Additional editing requests may incur extra charges. Usage Rights: Lady Lester Photography retains the copyright to all images but grants clients personal usage rights. Commercial usage rights can be negotiated separately. By booking our services, you agree to adhere to these policies. Lady Lester Photography reserves the right to modify these policies as needed, with any changes communicated to clients in advance.
